Eat-Stock Your Pantry for Fall

Last Saturday I got up hella early in an attempt to beat the lines at the Morningside Farmer’s Market, located in the Virginia-Highlands here in Atlanta. Guess what? I made it… though there wasn’t much to choose from that day besides a few sweet potatoes, butternut squash, heirloom peppers and some gorgeous Dahlia’s from CROP. *There are Pics of my early morning outing

Behold! The Pantry Checklist

 Olive oil

Vegetable oil

Balsamic vinegar

Red wine vinegar

Kosher salt and black pepper

Spices

Canned tuna

Canned beans (variety)

Broth (vegetable or chicken or both)

Tomato paste, stewed tomatoes

Jarred pasta sauce

Red and white wine

Rice

Pasta

All-purpose flour

Sugar

Potatoes

Garlic and onions

Refrigerator/Freezer

 Butter

Milk

Eggs

Plain yogurt

Grated cheese (parmesan or mozzarella)

Dijon mustard

Carrots

Lemons

Frozen vegetables
