While we, at Friday Girl TV, are very open minded when it comes to our cocktails and adult beverages, we do realize that some of you ladies may not enjoy a glass of green beer to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. However, we encourage everyone to raise a glass when others are doing so. If you want to toast the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day with something other than beer, here’s a great drink that’s really easy to make.
Thanks to Second City Soiree, we found a simple way to toast St. Patrick’s Day if you’re not in the mood for green beer.
Shamrock Sparkler
3/4 ounce of Midori
Fill champagne flute with dry sparkling wine
The Midori will add a touch of sweetness but if you prefer your cocktails sweeter, we suggest substituting the dry sparkling wine with a sweet wine like moscato or gewürztraminer.
