Transforming the Lives and Faces of Children
The Little Baby Face Foundation improves the lives of children born with facial deformities through surgery. Our 
world-class surgeons and medical providers at the finest facilities in NYC volunteer their time to deliver the best corrective surgery and medical care to these children who are in need worldwide.
The foundation provides travel to and from New York City and covers housing and all related medical costs so that these children can undergo necessary treatment. Additionally we provide medical information about facial deformities to families, healthcare providers and the public, and support related research.
One in every 740 children is born with a disfiguring facial deformity – many with multiple birth defects – such as a cleft lip/palate, missing or malformed ears (microtia), malformed ear canals (atresia), and malformed face and jawbone (hemifacial microsomia). More than one in five of these children also have multiple medical complications such as hearing loss, dental or breathing or feeding complications.
The Little Baby Face Foundation is pioneering a new treatment model, caring for these children in state of the art facilities in NYC, rather than having doctors travel to treat them in the third world. Children with more extensive facial deformities can be treated here. The children’s related medical problems can be more effectively treated here, with better follow up care and better operating conditions. LBFF helps poor American children whose facial deformities would not otherwise be treated. Also, families of children with facial deformities worldwide regularly receive information and support through the Foundation’s website and office.
It can directly cost the LBFF more than $20,000 to provide corrective treatments for a single child born with facial deformities.
Now in our eighth year, we are committed to seeing that every one of these children can benefit from life changing, high quality medical treatment. Yet two obstacles often prevent this: a lack of financial resources and a lack of access to care. Funds are urgently needed to treat more of these children now on our waiting list, and to expand our capacity to reach more families and children. LBFF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. We depend entirely on tax deductible contributions from individuals, companies and foundations to provide our services.

Little Baby Face Foundation is an amazing charity. They transform the lives of children born with severe facial deformities.
