Ami Ahuja was a contestant at the Mrs United States Wisconsin Pageant and received 3 out of 5 awards and made history by being 1st Indian American to do so. She won Runner’s Up, People’s Choice, Best Photogenic and Judges Choice Best Photogenic awards at Mrs US WI Pageant. FG: Where did you purchase your shoes?
AA: I bought my stilettos at Macy’s in Milwaukee, WI.
FG: Why did you purchase them?
AA: On Jan 01st this year my new years resolution was to go after my dreams one them
being in a pageant since I was a child. So I decided to run for Mrs. Wisconsin for
which I needed help to look at my absolute best. I hired a personal trainer who
helped me get to size 0 & an image consultant who helped me with my wardrobe.
After looking around from Milwaukee to Chicago we finally chose this pair from
Macy’s that I wore with the evening gown & swimming costume. Wearing this
pair I made history by becoming first Indian American to win 3 out of 5 awards in
a pageant at state level.
