FG: How would you describe your personal style?
Katie Echeverry-Owner, Unique Vintage
KE: I would describe my personal style as casual hippie chic. I like earth tones and platforms.
FG: Name 5 items every woman should have in her closet.
KE: A great pair of black pumps. A great pair of designer jeans, long with a boot cut. A stylish trench coat can make any outfit seem cool. A great earthy sweater can be worn to make a casual outfit seem put together. An awesome little black dress that you are comfortable in.
FG: Who is your fashion icon and why?
KE: I just love Nicole Richie’s style.
FG: What fashion trend is your least favorite?
KE: Anything 1980′s since I lived through that fashion disaster decade.
FG: What the weirdest item in your wardrobe?
KE: Business Suits from when I worked a corporate job because I would never wear them now!
FG: What is your style philosophy?
KE: I love to look casual, feel comfortable but put together. You have to feel good in what you are wearing to exude confidence.
