Atlanta Based Friday Girl TV Partners with Bloomingdale’s Lenox Square

on Diane Von Furstenberg Feature

Atlanta, GA (March, 2011)- Lifestyle web show for women, Friday Girl TV, recently partnered with Bloomingdale’s Lenox Square for a special feature episode on creating the perfect tablescape for Spring and Summer parties using Diane Von Furstenberg’s new Home Collection of serving trays, plates and flatware being  sold exclusively at Bloomingdale’s.  The episode, which also featured floral designer and stylist Christina Loucks, is being aired on Friday Girl TV’s website (www.fridaygirltv.com) and played in the Home Department at participating Bloomingdale’s stores.

Friday Girl TV is the first lifestyle web show to get an up close and personal look at the DVF Home collection. “Working with Bloomingdale’s and the DVF Home collection was a great experience and wonderful way to introduce at home chic to Friday Girl viewers and subscribers.  We are thrilled about the collaboration and look forward to working with Bloomingdale’s in the future,” says Host and Chief Creative Officer, October Rose.

Diane Von Furstenberg’s Home collection is inspired by nature, contemporary art and, of course, her own vintage and current fashion prints.  It is Bloomingdale’s belief that the DVF Home collection is both modern and beautiful with diverse functionality.  “We are thrilled to have the DVF Home collection sold exclusively at Bloomingdale’s and are sure the pieces would make a wonderful addition to any home. Working with Friday Girl TV was a great way to get the word out about this fabulous new line,” says Mara Maddox, Head of Marketing and PR for Bloomingdale’s Atlanta.

The exclusive footage from the FGTV DVF special feature is available for viewing right now on www.fridaygirltv.com but is also available for use on fashion, style and interior design websites and blogs upon request.
